Every day, veterans return home from serving our country. Many suffer from catastrophic injuries that severely impact their ability to do simple activities like walking and running.

This year we attended a charity event at the University of Washington hosted by ESPN fame Kenny Mayne and his amazing charity, Run Freely. Run Freely provides veteran's with limb salvage conditions with the Exosym device which allows for life-changing mobility improvements.

Windsor Construction has committed to providing one device a year to a veteran in need. With our long-standing presence at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, we decided this was the perfect way for our company to give back, by supporting our veterans in need.

"I’ve only had the device for about 2 weeks and it has made a huge difference in my life. The first full day I wore it was the first time in years my foot was not swollen and in agony at the end of the day. I used to dread going even to the grocery store because I knew I would be in pain by the time I got back to the car and for the rest of the day. Every day prior to having the device I weighed the benefit vs pain for everything I did. Now I don’t."
